Yes. One week before each posting month begins, I will send you the whole month’s posts in one email. If you want anything changed, mark it up and send it back for a one-time revision. Your requested changes must reach me no later than 3 days before the posting month begins or the content will be posted as-is.

Nobody can promise you that. I write, schedule and publish your posts in order to keep your accounts active and help them grow. Results depend on things outside my control, such as your audience, your offer and how the platforms behave, so I cannot guarantee a particular increase in follower numbers, enquiries or sales.

Payment is made monthly, in advance, by bank transfer. It is due 3 weeks before the posting month begins, and once payment has been received content creation may begin immediately.

That’s fine. I can always use your logo. If you don’t have images to send in, I can also take images from your social media accounts or your website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to use any images I take from you, your social media accounts, or your website.

If you notify me that I’ve made a grammar, spelling or formatting mistake, I’ll edit the post within one business day. If a post can’t be edited, I’ll delete it and give you a credit towards my services. If you simply change your mind about a post you’ve been sent for approval, I’ll delete it within one business day, but no credit is given.

I do not. I write, schedule and publish your posts. Replying to comments and messages stays with you. Please get in touch if you’d like comment and message replies added to your package.

Nobody can guarantee that. Each group has its own admins and rules, and many restrict promotional posts or approve them individually. I cannot be held responsible for the actions of Facebook group admins. You also need to be a member of any group I post in. I’ll let you know if a group doesn’t accept a post.
