Sessions are £35 for the first hour and paid in advance. Any time past one hour is prorated to the half hour. Payment for sessions that run overtime are due at the end of the session.

Whichever way suits you best - email, phone, messaging, or video call. While most issues can be resolved via email or messaging, hands-on changes are usually best handled via video call.

Yes. Video sessions are done using Chrome Remote Desktop, which only allows me access to your computer once you approve it. You can instantly terminate my access at any time.

Yes. The minimum charge is £40 for 30 minutes. All sessions and projects over 30 minutes are billed at £35 per hour in 30-minute increments.
